We really enjoyed this small, well-run park. It was mostly quiet during our stay, even though we were here over the Memorial Day weekend. It was far enough off US-441 to avoid any road noise. Many of the smaller sites under the trees would not accommodate our 40′ motorhome, but they were very nice for smaller RVs. Sites #3 and #4 up on the hill were large and level pull-throughs, and we fit into #4 just fine. The interior road was narrow and paved, in fact it was one-way and two large RVs would not have been able to pass one another on it. Some sites were gravel and some grass, most looked fairly level after driving up a small hill to reach them. The full hookups included strong 50-amp power, good water pressure, cable (ours didn’t work), a good fire pit, and a table that was falling apart. The Verizon signal to our phones and amplified hotspot was strong, and the park also provided good Internet service. Bathrooms and showers were fairly old, but clean. The laundry room consisted of 2 washers, 2 dryers and a small folding table. The woman managing the park was very friendly and helpful, and she provided us with lots of useful information about the area that she had composed herself. Firewood was inexpensive and nice and dry. There was a grocery store within two miles of the park, and the town of Sylva with many more services was about 20 minutes away. We would definitely come back to this nice place. The stated rate was based on their weekly rate.
