Introducing Betsy…our home on wheels
Betsy is a 40′ Winnebago Tour 40TD with a 400hp Cummins turbo diesel engine and Allison 3000 transmission. She has 2 slide-outs and a Winegard SK3005 HD satellite dish. She pulls a 2008 Honda CR-V and 2 bicycles. Like any other Class A motorhome, Betsy is self-contained with a generator, LPG and her own water system. These systems allow us to dry camp (boondock) for several days without any hook ups. She carries a 100 gallon water tank and a 100 gallon diesel fuel tank.
Betsy may be a step down from our 1945 sq ft stick house but she can take us to anyplace anytime when we want it providing us with new beautiful sceneries and spectacular views every morning.
