The Lowe’s overall rating = 8 out of 10 stars

Noise level and overall “feel” of the park?
Our site was located close to US-41, so lots of road noise
and several trains went by each day.

Road and site access/type?
Excellent paved interior roads and paved sites.

Spaciousness/levelness of sites?
Sites were level (no jacks required), and long enough for the
motorhome and car.  Several sites were pull-through, as was
ours (#44).

Utilities and WiFi/cell reception?
Verizon reception at our site was only fair, but mostly
usable.  We were unable to connect to the park’s WiFi,
and it seemed to be completely shut down at times.

Picnic table and/or fire pit?
Yes to both, but the park didn’t sell firewood, and
none of the nearby stores seemed to either.  What’s
up with that?  So we had no fires  😥

Facilities – bathrooms/showers/laundry room?
Bathrooms and showers were both individual rooms – we
liked that –  and they were very clean.  No laundry room,
but there was a laundromat about 2 minutes away by car.

Pet and/or kid friendly?
Pet friendly for sure, not so much for kids.  No pool
or equipment for them to play on.

Bike/walking trails nearby?
Really nothing here, certainly not close to the park.
The only walking we got did was in the downtown
area, near the marina.

Grocery stores and other services nearby?
Very nearby!  An ACE Hardware, excellent
grocery store, chinese restaurant and car
wash within 2 minutes.

Comments:
No credit cards accepted – check or cash only.  If possible, try to get a
spot farther into the park, away from US-41 – you’ll enjoy your stay more.
Otherwise a very nice, well-maintained park convenient to stores and
the cool little downtown marina area of Menominee.
